Welcome to The Family Practice of Madison.  Located in the city of Madison, Alabama,we have been providing quality healthcare to individuals and families for over 19 years.   Judy Rawls MD, our primary provider, started her private practice in 1989.

Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on Friday.  During the week we will be available to you 24 hours a day.  After hours calls are for emergencies only.  In the event of an emergency, call our office number and our answering service will contact the physician on call.
